In our culture, we select a Madrina of the wedding. Typically, it's someone close to the family that has watched the bride or groom grow up over the years. Gabe and I decided on Zulma, Alex's aunt. She has been a huge supporter of our relationship in the good and in the bad. We wouldn't want anybody else on this role.
