If you are in for a walk, this is one of Allie & Gabe's favs.  Slightly over 3 miles of easy trail.

MDC Reservoir Number 6

Another great hike with a beautiful view on a clear day. Take the short and steep trail or long and winding Metacomet trail to reach historic Heublein Tower at the top!

Talcott Mountain State Park

Only a short drive to the shore where you'll find amazing Beluga whales and other marine life. If history is more your bag, Mystic Seaport Museum is only five minutes away. The famous Mystic Pizza is close by too.
