All guests must purchase a Kananaskis Conservation Pass for the days they are at the lodge, per vehicle being used. These passes are virtual and can be purchased online at https://www.alberta.ca/kananaskis-conservation-pass
To book accommodations at the lodge with our group discount, please follow the below steps (Please book accommodations as soon as possible after you RSVP to ensure availability):
1. Head to Marriott.com and select the Kananaskis Mountain Lodge
2. Select dates
3. Under Special Rates, select the "Corp/Promo Code option and enter W14
4. The rates will then populate and guests may book any available rooms.
Alternatively, guests may choose to stay in Calgary, Canmore, or Banff and drive in for the wedding; please note the following approximate travel times when planning your trip:
1. Calgary-1 hour 10 minutes
2. Canmore- 40 minutes
3. Banff- 55 minutes
