How does the room block work?

Answer

You will have the option to book directly through our customized website: http://book.passkey.com/go/G10136261, or over the phone with our group reservation agents by calling (407) 827-6799. To book your room with a phone agent, you can mention either the Thomas & Middlebrook Wedding or G10136261. Please see the "Travel" Page for more information!

How do we get to and from the ceremony/reception?

Answer

We will have a shuttle available to pick up everyone from the hotels in the room block, and drop everyone back off after the reception!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Do we need park tickets to attend?

Answer

To attend the ceremony and reception, you do not need to have a theme park ticket. If you would like to stay after the reception or go to the parks any other day, you will need to purchase theme park tickets. To get tickets at our wedding rate, please see the "Things To Do" page!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love for everyone to dress their best in formal attire! Please be mindful of your shoe choices though, because the ground can be uneven in Animal Kingdom and Epcot. Ladies should opt for a shorter block heel or a flat to accommodate Animal Kingdom and Epcot's walkways.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can have the most up to date attendance to give to our planners! We would love for everyone to RSVP by September 1st, 2026 if possible!

I have a food allergy/special dietary needs, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Disney's catering team is happy to accommodate any allergies/special dietary needs for the reception! Please let us know in advance so we can pass along the message to them!
