Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided to & from both hotels we have room blocks at (see the “travel” tab for information on hotels). The first bus will be departing from Hotel Indigo at 2:50pm and will stop at the Hilton. It will depart from the Hilton at 3:25pm and head to the venue. The second bus will be departing from Hotel Indigo at 3:20pm and will head straight to the venue. The buses have limited capacity, so we recommend being timely about getting on the buses!! Both buses will depart from the venue around 10:00pm at the end of the night. Both buses will stop at both hotels on the return trip. Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Should you choose to drive, there is plenty of parking at the venue. Please don’t drink and drive!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal wedding attire - suits, ties, dresses (long, short, whatever you feel beautiful in).

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately we can’t invite EVERYONE. Your invite and the RSVP section of this website will specify if you have a guest.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please account for traffic. :)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your kiddos, we unfortunately cannot accommodate everyone’s children. This is an adult only event.
