Please RSVP as soon as possible but no later than by May 10, 2025. This will allow for us to have time to make any last-minute planning considerations.
Please arrive at The Immaculata Conception 15-30 minutes prior to park and find your seat.
Yes, there is plenty of parking at both locations.
This is a formal event, and we would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! There will be a black tie optional dress code in place for the wedding. For women this includes formal midi or full length dresses. For the ceremony, please refrain from deep plunging necklines, bare shoulders, or your midriff exposed. For men, suits and tuxedos would be appropriate. Please do not wear colors that are traditionally reserved for the bride (white, cream, ivory, etc.). No cargo pants, sneakers, flip flops, or jeans.
There will be a few bar setups at the reception. Please do not drink before the ceremony as we are in a Catholic Church. There will be plenty of time to celebrate at the reception.
Yes, please bring your children! When RSVP'ing please note who and how many you are bringing so that we can plan accordingly. If there are any problems with the RSVP please reach out to the bride or groom.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or camera). The greatest gift you can give to us is to be fully present as we say our I do's. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us so please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.
Please let us know on your RSVP form and we will reach out with any questions we have to make sure we can accommodate you!
