Please RSVP using the "RSVP" tab on this website by August 10th.
Our venue has an app with all the info you need! The app is named Spruce Mountain Events, and we recommend you download it for directions, property map, even more FAQs, etc.! You can also use their website: https://sprucemountainevents.com/weddings/guest-faq
Aim to arrive on the property at least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. This gives you ample time to park, use the restroom, locate the ceremony site, and find your seats. The reception will follow the ceremony at the same venue!
There is ample parking available for guests who choose to drive. We kindly ask that everyone arrange their own transportation to and from the venue. If you plan to use Uber or Lyft, we strongly recommend booking your ride in advance, as availability may be limited around the time of the event.
We kindly request that our guests dress in Garden Party Formal. In keeping with the aesthetic of our day, we’d love for you to consider wearing something within our color palette of muted florals and naturalistic tones—think soft blushes, sage greens, dusty blues, taupes, and other nature-inspired shades. While not mandatory, your thoughtful choice will help create a beautiful, cohesive atmosphere, and we so appreciate your effort!
“Garden Party Formal" is a dress code that combines elements of formal attire with a relaxed, outdoor vibe. Think of it as a blend of elegance and comfort. It's about looking polished and put-together, but in a way that's suitable for an outdoor setting. For women, this could mean a chic midi dress in a floral print. For men, a lighter-colored suit or blazer could be the ticket. The key is to choose outfits that are stylish yet practical. After all, you'll be navigating grassy lawns and potentially uneven terrain at our ceremony site. So, while it's a step down from black tie, it's definitely a step up from casual.
If your invite has 'Guest' next to your name, you’re all set for a plus one! If not, just bring the person listed—no extra plus ones please!
We love your little ones! If your children are listed on the invitation, they’re absolutely invited. Otherwise, we kindly request that you enjoy a night out just the two of you. Thanks for understanding!
Absolutely! Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Since this will be early fall, you’ll want to bring sunblock, sunglasses, umbrellas, and perhaps a light sweater or jacket for the evening. Please read over the venue's FAQs for more specific reccomendations! https://sprucemountainevents.com/weddings/guest-faq
While we won’t be providing accommodations ourselves, we have a hotel block booked out! Please refer to the "Travel" page of this website for more details.
