Where will the wedding be taking place?

The ceremony and reception will be held at The Society Room of Hartford. 31 Pratt St. Hartford, CT 06103

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 pm. We recommend that you arrive no later than 5:45 pm. Guests who arrive after the start time will kindly be asked to wait until the ceremony ends and join us for cocktail hour.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please click on the RSVP tab on our website and type in the name listed on your invitation. All guests in your party will appear, so you can select attending or declining for each guest.

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is October 16, 2024. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

While we would love to invite everyone, we can only include guests named on the invitation. If you received a plus one, your guest will be listed on the invitation and appear with your name when you RSVP.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! Our dress code is black tie optional. We recommend tuxedos, dark suits, floor-length dresses, or dressy separates. Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, complimentary parking will be available to all guests at the ProPark parking lot around the corner from the venue. Please use this address for GPS: 84 Asylum Street, Hartford, CT 06103. Driving is not permitted on Pratt Street, where the venue is located. Keep the ticket you receive from the machine in a safe and memorable spot. Once you arrive at the wedding, a Greeter will have a voucher that you can use to exit the lot. You will need both your ticket and the voucher to exit.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! The handicap-accessible entrance is on the side of the building nearest the parking lot. Please come to the double glass doors where the grey ramp is located.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We want you to be fully present with us during the ceremony, so we are asking all guests to please stay unplugged at that time. We will have an amazing team of photographers to capture the special moment, and we will happily share our photos with you afterward. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away!
