Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, as the accommodations in the area are not centralized transportation was not feasible.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the travel section, you will find a list of hotels, inns, B&B, home/apartment rentals, and campgrounds. When booking accommodations try sticking to the peninsulas of Bristol (Bristol Mills, Round Pond, Chamberlain, New Harbor and Pemaquid), and South Bristol (Walpole, Rutherford Island), and the towns of Damariscotta, Newcastle, and Nobleboro. Some of the surrounding peninsulas seem close (Friendship, Boothbay and Boothbay Harbor) however are only close if traveling by boat. If unsure, use maps to check the length of the drive to the venue.

Question

Can I stay at your house?

Answer

We are respectfully asking that no one stays with us. We are so excited to have our friends and family in the area, however to have some of the wedding events at our house we need adequate space for parking and the ability to prepare our home. We would say yes to everyone one if we could, we would hate to say yes to one person and not another.
