Will the ceremony and reception both be at the Renaissance?

Answer

Yes! We will be holding the ceremony on the grand staircase of the hotel, and cocktail hour will follow upstairs on the second floor loft. The reception will also be on the second floor for everyone's convenience!

Can we stay at the Renaissance the night of the wedding if we are travelling /drinking /don't want to go home?

Answer

Absolutely! We will have a designated block of rooms reserved for our guests at a generously discounted rate for anyone who would like to spend the night. The deadline to reserve one of these rooms as well as the discount code can be found on the Travel section of our website.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! The staff at the Renaissance has been incredibly accommodating. Please let us know if you have any specific dietary restrictions ASAP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

While the Renaissance is in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh's cultural district, we are fortunate enough to have a parking garage located immediately across the street that can accommodate hotel guests. You will also have the option to valet your car though the hotel, if you prefer.

Is there a dress code? If so, what should we wear?

Answer

The Renaissance is a beautiful venue, so we are suggesting semi-formal dress (gowns, cocktail attire, or suits) At the end of the day, we just want you to be comfortable and have fun, so please join us in what you feel best in!
