Whats Included in the Cabins?

Answer

Cabins come equipped with Hydro, Kitchenette, running water (cold only), Bedding, and Dishes. You will need to bring; - All personal Food - Clothing (no onsite laundry) - Toiletries - Dish soap & tea towels (alternatively; paper plates and paper napkins) - Outdoor essentials like: Flashlight, bug spray, Hat & Sunscreen etc.

Will I get Cell Service?

Answer

No, there is very little cell coverage at camp, occasionally a bar or 2 will slip through and you might get some notifications but I would not rely on that for consistency. Emergency services can still be accessed with your mobile device's extended coverage, but there is also a landline that can be used in case of emergency

Whats the deal with the Bathrooms?

Answer

There are two separate bathrooms, each with two toilet stalls and two shower stalls and scattered outhouses across the property

Can I go Boating?

Answer

We will be renting both fishing boats and the pontoon boat for the duration of our stay, that can be driven by anyone with a valid boating licence! However, if you own a boat and would like to bring it, there is also a boat launch on-site and room on the docks so feel free!

Where is the nearest grocery store?

Answer

Your best last chance to get food on your way up will be in New Liskeard at the Walmart. See "Things to do" Page for link to map: 133 Trans-Canada Hwy, Temiskaming Shores, ON P0J 1P0, Canada

Answer

Your LAST LAST chance to get food will be in Englehart, but it is a smaller grocer and selection is more limited. (66 4th Ave, Englehart, ON P0J 1H0, Canada) There is also an LCBO right across from the Valu-Mart.
