We're Getting Married!

Kevin and I met in 2011 at CVS/ Pharmacy. I worked there as a cashier and he worked as a beverage merchandiser. One day both of us were working in the back room and he struck up a conversation that lasted about two hours. Because we immediately connected, we ate lunch together that same day. After our first dinner date, we realized that we truly had something special.

Kevin and I went to New Orleans during the first week January. We walked down Bourbon Street, went to the WWII museum, the Audubon aquarium and insectarium, and visited two plantations. We also went to the New Orleans Museum of Art on January 7th. While we were at the museum, Kevin told me that he had arranged a surprise gondola ride through City Park. As we relaxed to gentle music and sipped champagne, he got down on one knee and proposed!
