How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!

Is the Ceremony and Reception being held at the same place?

Answer

Yes, both will be held at Stokelan Estate Winery.

Question

Can I bring a plus- one?

Answer

If they are included on your invite of course! Otherwise, we cannot accommodate additional guests outside of those listed on our invitations and RSVP list. Only those formally invited will be able to attend. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is located at the front of the venue, and Stokelan employees will be able to lead you to the overflow lot if necessary.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, Elevated Outdoor Cocktail. Think polished but comfortable. Cocktail attire with an outdoor-friendly feel- flowy dresses, collared shirts with dress pants, and shoes that work well on grass and gravel.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely, please reach out to the bride or groom, and we will make sure you are well fed!

Is the Wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding is entirely outdoors, you will have full access to the building and bathrooms, but please be sure to wear comfortable outdoor clothing. Due to natural uneven surfaces, wedges, chunky heels, comfortable flats, and platforms are recommended over stilettos or other thin heels.

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have bartenders who will be handling beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premises. We promise the drinks will be outstanding!

What happens if it rains?

Answer

While we believe there will be clear skies for our wedding day, if it were to rain, tents will be set up beforehand.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by August 1st, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you; however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The Ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm, so please arrive no later than 4:30 pm or you will sadly miss out on our Ceremony.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate on your RSVP "Will NOT Attend" so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but can no longer make it, please let Alexandra know as soon as possible.

Is there transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, but we want to ensure everyone gets home safely. If you partied hard and need a ride back to the hotel or home, please let the father of the bride, John, know and he will make sure you get there.
