Question

Is there a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

No! The hotel does not offer a shuttle service. We encourage our guests to either drive or take an Uber or Lyft to the festivities.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same location?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding ceremony, dinner and reception are all at the same location (Elm Creek Park Reserve).

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes! We are planning for an outdoor ceremony. Please plan accordingly with the weather. It may be warm or chilly at the end of May. Our dinner and reception will be inside the Elm Creek chalet.

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly ask that our guests do not wear jeans. Think spring colors when deciding what you'd like to wear. Dress for the weather. Sundresses, slacks, dress shorts, etc.

Can I leave my car at Elm Creek over night on Saturday?

Answer

Yes! Should you need to/want to leave your vehicle on site Saturday night, you certainly may do so. The Three Rivers staff member on duty will be collecting vehicle information and license plate numbers for those who may want to leave their cars in the parking lot overnight. You just need to get your car prior to the end of the day on Sunday.
