What is the dress code?

Answer

Attire is black-tie optional. For ladies, full length gowns are preferred but not a must. Gentlemen can wear a tux or suit.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We ask that guests arrive at 4pm.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kiddos but have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of those in the wedding party.

Where should we park?

Answer

We highly encourage all guests to utilize a ride share service (Uber, Lyft) if you’re not staying at Element Hotel. There is free public parking across the street from our venue at Richland Park (4601 Charlotte Ave) as well as free street parking along Charlotte Avenue.

Is there transportation from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is a free shuttle available for our guests staying at Element Nashville Vanderbilt West End.
