When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please try to RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than May 1st!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate plus one's at this time if not specifically addressed on your RSVP. We have a limited amount of space in the venue and want to be able to celebrate with as many of our family and friends as possible!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! If your children are named on your RSVP, they are welcome to attend. Due to space limitations, we are unable to accommodate children not included on the invitation.

Will the shuttle to and from the hotel run continuously throughout the reception?

Answer

No! The shuttle will only run at the beginning and the end of the reception. If you do not think you will want to stay for the entirety of the reception, it might be best to drive yourself!

Can I ride the bus if I am not staying at the hotel?

Answer

Due to limited seating, shuttle transportation will be reserved exclusively for guests staying at the hotel.

Is there parking for reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the reception if you would like to drive yourselves!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in cocktail or formal attire (please, no jeans). Our bridesmaids will be wearing purple, so you may want to avoid that color if you’d prefer not to match them.

What food will be available?

Answer

Guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres and food stations during cocktail hour, followed by a plated dinner with entrée selections made at the venue. A vegetarian option will be available; please let us know of any additional dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate

While our venue is elegant, we’re all about having fun—so come ready to celebrate and dance the night away!
