How We Met
Alex and Nick both signed up to play on a softball league through Heyday athletics in Philadelphia. It was cold, rainy, and late at night in early March 2022 when Alex decided to finally come to one of her team's softball games (she had skipped the first two games). Despite the bad weather conditions, Nick gave his best effort and hit multiple homeruns that night in an effort to impress Alex (though he'd later find out that she "did not notice him at all"). After a few more weeks of softball, Nick messaged Alex and invited her to his other softball team. They went on their first date in June. The rest is history!
