Question
Where should I stay?
Answer
We encourage you to stay on property with us at the Hillsboro Club! No driving is necessary as this is also the wedding venue, and you will get a discounted rate by staying here. You will also have access to pools, golfing greens, private and immediate beach access, tennis courts, and more! A cold continental breakfast is included in your room rate. Lunch and dinner are served daily for an additional cost. All wedding guests MUST have their ID to get on property, and too the wedding. Please call reservations to book your room by mentioning our wedding party.

Can I bring a guest/ plus 1?
Answer
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity and space, we can only allow the people listed on your invitation.

Are kids invited?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults- only event. We encourage you to find a sitter and use this evening as a date night!

What should I wear?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Dress to the 9's and have fun with it! Dress code is semi formal/ formal attire. Denim is prohibited on propery.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony starts promptly at 5:00pm. I recommend getting to the venue by 4:30pm to enjoy a welcome drink before taking your seats. Please be mindful that tardy parties will not be seated once the processional begins. Do not forget to bring your ID with you, as you will be asked your name at the front gates.

Is there a registry?

Yes! You can find our registry by scanning the barcode on the back of your invitation, or by clicking the registry tab on this website.
Question
What do I do if I do not RSVP?
Answer
No RSVP, no seat! Please kindly send your information in no later than October 11th, 2024 in order to secure your spot, and to choose your meal.

The Hillsboro Club is an exclusive and private club in the area. Please adhere to their policies as follows as we are considered members for our stay: - No denim anywhere on the Club's property - No hats inside - White clothes on tennis courts - Have ID on you to get in and out of the property
