My recommendation is to book a hotel in Downtown Buffalo or AirBnB.

Area for AirBnB would be East Otto/Elicotville area. It is the weekend of Fall Festival so I recommend booking early on. 

You could also find a AirBnB in the city of Buffalo. 

Hotels downtown Buffalo I recommend:
The Westin Buffalo - no block available 
Hyatt Regency Buffalo- Reach out to me and I will let you know if there are anymore rooms available in the block

The Richardson Hotel

There are plenty of other hotels downtown and Niagara Falls but again please book early on since it is a busy weekend.
