Please RSVP by August 1st *if you have not sent your RSVP by August 1st, we will assume you are not attending and plan accordingly*

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
Yes! An easy walk from the ceremony spot to the reception barn (golf carts available upon request for those in need of mobility assistance).

Will the event be indoor or outdoor?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoor. We will have a barn for the reception along with event tents outdoors!

Is there parking at the venue?

There is limited parking at the front of the venue.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Only the wedding party will have organized transportation, please plan on providing your own way to and from the venue and or hotel.

Yes, but the bartenders must hold onto the alcohol and serve you throughout the night.

Will there be dinner served at the reception?

Yes! There will be a buffet, compliments of Distinctive Catering! The Menu: ~ Slow Roasted Beef Brisket ~ Smoked Chicken ~ Garlic Mashed Redskin Potatoes with Gravy ~ Root Blend Vegetables with Herb Butter ~ Greek Pasta Salad ~ Fresh Cut Fruit Salad ~ Garden Tossed Salad ~ Ciabatta Bread Rolls ~ BBQ Meatballs There will be a charcuterie board during cocktail hour, complements of Pamela and Max Huntoon!
