Tequila is a quaint town 1 hour outside of Guadalajara. Birthplace of tequila, the town is surrounded by rugged mountains and fields of agave. Downtown, adobe buildings line cobble stone streets and you will find endless restaurants, colorful plazas, and street vendors selling traditional food, art, and tequila cocktails. We have blocked out rooms at three hotels, all the information is below.
The best way to travel from the Guadalajara Airport to Tequila is by taxi for about $35. We will soon be posting more info and we can help you reserve your ride.
Tequila is ten minutes from the Hacienda Santa Carmen where we will be celebrating all night December 28th. We have arranged for a bus to bring folks between Tequila and the Hacienda.
