Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. The venue is mostly outdoors with an indoor space for food service and inclement weather. Keep in mind the wedding is in early spring, so add layers accordingly for the forecast.
Hors d'oeuvre will be served during a mocktail "hour" followed by dinner at ~6:30PM and (of course) cake following that! Please note that our venue is directly on the river and comes with some requirements. One is no alcohol may be served or brought into the venue. Another requirement is that all children under the age of 12 be fully accompanied at all times by an adult. As such, we would like to keep this an adult reception to free everyone to just enjoy themselves and not be tethered to their littles (with an exception for those with nursing infants).
