Question

What is the best way to get from Medford Airport to Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites?

Answer

If you haven’t reserved a car, the best way to get from the airport to Ashland Hills Hotel is by Uber. In Medford Uber has more cars running than Lyft, expect to wait about 5-10 minutes for your car to arrive and it costing around $40-$50.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

We are asking for ALL guests to please RSVP online by May 20th.

Question

Where is the Wedding Venue/Estate?

Answer

951 Emigrant Creek road, Ashland, OR 97520, United States On your left hand side you will see an open gate with a row of trees, take that left and follow the signs to parking.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30pm. Please arrive to the Estate no later than 4:00pm, so everyone has time to check in and locate their seats.

Question

I'm staying at The Ashland Hills Hotel, how do I get to the Wedding?

Answer

We will be providing transportation from The Ashland Hill's Hotel to and from the Estate. There will be a charter bus leaving the hotel at 3:30pm, please meet outside the hotel at 3:15pm. For anyone who misses the charter bus, there will be a sprinter van leaving the hotel at 3:45pm. The sprinter van will be making multiple trips from the Estate back to the hotel towards the end of the night. The last charter bus will be leaving at 10pm.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, we have parking spots for 50 cars available on site. Once the parking lot is full, guests can park at The Ashland Hill's Hotel and be driven down by one of our sprinter vans. After the reception, the vans will take you back to Ashland Hill's hotel!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors on the lawn of the estate.

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

Garden Gala - Black tie optional. We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Tuxes and gowns are welcomed but not required. Floral prints and bold silhouettes are encouraged! As the Rogue Valley can get very hot in July, please don't hesitate to dust off that linen suit! The ceremony and the reception will be held on the lawn so maybe rethink stilettos.

Question

How far is the airport from the Venue?

Answer

~25 minutes

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one their name will be listed on your invitation and they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your kids, in order to give our guests (and parents!) a night of relaxation, we resptectfully request no children under 13 at our wedding.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! We love photos! We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/ turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! We promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we receive them.

Question

I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?
