FAQs

We’re so grateful you’ll be joining us. Here are some helpful details to make sure you know exactly what to expect on our big day!
Question

Where should we park?

Answer

There’s on-site parking! The incredibly kind property owner will be helping guide cars, so if you can carpool, it would be a huge help and make his job a little easier. If not, no stress—we’ve got plenty of room!

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

We’re going for a soft, garden-party feel—think wildflower energy! Floral prints, pastel tones, and floaty fabrics are all welcome and would look beautiful with the setting. That said, please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and like yourself. Your presence is what matters most, not the outfit

Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

unknown 3:15?

Question

What should I know about the venue?

Answer

Our wedding will take place at a beautiful local farm with a large pond, wildflowers all around, and the dreamiest, peaceful atmosphere. Both the ceremony and dinner will be held outdoors, so expect plenty of fresh air—and grass under your feet! (Heels are welcome, but maybe consider a block heel or wedge if you prefer a little more stability.) After dinner, we’ll move into the farm’s cozy barn for dancing. It’s intimate, warm, and perfect for a fun, lively night together. The dessert table will also be inside the barn, so feel free to wander between the outdoor evening glow and the indoor festivities. In short: think rustic charm, gorgeous scenery, and one very loved-up celebration all in one spot!

Question

Can we take or post photos?

Answer

We kindly ask that the ceremony be completely unplugged—no phones or photos, so everyone can be fully present with us. After the ceremony, feel free to take pictures and post away! We’d love to see the moments you capture throughout the rest of the night.

Question

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We’re excited to have Scott’s Artisan catering our reception with a variety of handcrafted pizzas made from fresh, high-quality ingredients. Scott has a true passion for his food, and it shows in every detail—from the dough to the creative toppings. He’s also an incredibly kind person, and we were delighted to discover during our tasting that he goes to our church, which made choosing him feel even more special. We can’t wait for you to enjoy his amazing pizza with us.

Question

Are there options for dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes! We want everyone to be able to enjoy the meal, so dietary restrictions will be accommodated as needed. Scott’s Artisan uses incredibly fresh ingredients, including flour that is not enriched or bleached, and many guests with gluten sensitivities have found they’re able to enjoy his pizza comfortably. If you have a specific allergy or restriction, please let us know when you RSVP so we can make sure you’re well taken care of.

Question

Will there be drinks or cocktails?

Answer

Our wedding will be BYOB! As a young couple building our future, we’re keeping things simple and skipping a full bar—our venue doesn’t have one, and we’d rather focus our budget on creating a beautiful, meaningful day with all of you. Feel free to bring a favorite drink or two, and we’ll happily provide the glasses. We do ask that everyone keep it to a two-drink maximum for the night. This is a family-friendly celebration, and we want the atmosphere to stay joyful, safe, and fun for all ages—lots of dancing, lots of laughter, none of the messy stuff. Thank you so much for understanding and for helping us make this day everything we hope it will be!

Question

How can we give a gift, and where is your registry?

Answer

Our registry can be found right here on our wedding website under the Registry tab. If you’d like to give a gift, feel free to either bring it to the venue or have it sent directly to our home—whatever is easiest for you. We’re truly grateful for your kindness and thoughtfulness!

Question

How do we RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP directly on our wedding website under the RSVP tab. Just fill out a few quick details, and you’re all set! We can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes and no. We are beyond blessed to already have most of the household items we need. If you would like to give a physical gift, please reach out to us personally — we have a small list of simple, practical items we don’t yet have. While we truly appreciate physical gifts, we are also gratefully accepting monetary gifts as we begin this next season as a young couple saving for our future. Your love and support mean more to us than anything.
