Yes! A shuttle will be available for guests to and from the venue. Pickup will be at the Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa at Shortpump at 3:30 sharp and will leave from the venue at 10:15. Guests who are not staying overnight at the hotel are welcome to ride on the shuttle. If you would like to use the shuttle, you can either park your car at the hotel or get an Uber/Lyft to and from the hotel from your residence. The shuttle will be first come first serve.
Yes, but it must be picked up by 10 am the next day. However, please keep in mind that seating on the shuttle will be somewhat limited, and Uber is very difficult to get from the venue.
While we love all of your children, to allow our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and enjoy themselves, we've elected to make our wedding a child-free event. The venue is also not suitable for young children and has a very strict children's policy.
Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to get seated!
