Brunch and a Wedding

We originally met in March of 2021 at a car show at Lake Norman Brewery, chatted for a bit and then went our separate ways. Over the next few months we would see each other at the Brewery and chat. In September 2021 Alex asked me out...I assumed he had a girl friend and told him no, he then clarified that there was no girl friend so I told him I would think about it. A week later at the LKN Brewery Oktober Fest Alex was dressed in his full lederhosen for the festivities to include his hat. He approached me again and I hate to say it but I blew him off, there was so much going on around me that I felt overwhelmed. I had been single for a very long time and well I was not used to someone paying that much attention to me, so the next day after things settled down, I sent him a text and we agreed to do brunch. That weekend he picked me up for our first date (October 3, 2021) and well the rest is history.
