How and when do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on this website as soon as you know or by August 1st. The formal invitation will not include a mail back card, we are doing digital RSVP's only. Please enter the first and last name of one member of your party below as listed on your invitation (try your formal name first). If you're responding for you and a guest (or your family), you will be able to RSVP for your entire group for all wedding events.

Are children or plus one's allowed?

Answer

Unless otherwise stated on your invitation, additional plus one's and non-familial children are not invited or allowed to the ceremony and reception - we apologize for any inconvenience!

What is the dress code for the weekend?

Answer

Welcome party is dressy casual. Dressed-up jeans are fine! Ceremony and Reception is Fall semi-formal/cocktail. Dress to impress! Nice cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, suits, etc. No need for a tux. After Party is come as you are or go home and get comfy! *Please note the weather prior to packing/getting dressed as it tends to be cold at night this time of year and all locations are on or near the water with indoor and outdoor settings.

Are there room blocks at any of the hotels?

There is a limited block of rooms available at the Inn on Woodlake and the Fairfield Inn on a first come first served basis. Please make your reservations as early as possible. For The American Club, please let us know if you plan on staying there so we can help facilitate a reservation for you if needed.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

FOR THE WEDDING DAY: Transportation for our guests will be provided on Saturday with shuttles running between the three hotels: The American Club, Inn on Woodlake and Fairfield Inn - for all wedding day activities (ceremony, reception and after party). There is parking available on site at all venue locations but we strongly discourage driving so everyone can have fun ☺ FOR THE WEEKEND: Complimentary resort shuttle service for guests of The American Club and Inn on Woodlake run continuously to any of the locations within the Village of Kohler. Shuttles within the village run on demand, next available, to all Kohler outlets - this does not include the Fairfield Inn. This is not to be confused with the transportation we will provide on the wedding day. No transportation will be provided for the Welcome Party on Friday but parking is available on site and the location is directly next to the Inn on Woodlake and near The American Club.

Should we rent a car or can we rely on Uber/Lyft?

Answer

Though inconvenient, the most cost efficient and reliable source of transportation to and from the airport will be to rent a car. Ride share companies are plentiful in Milwaukee but are less frequent in the Kohler area to get around or to get back to the airport. Most guests are traveling from the same cities/states so it may be helpful to find others to share a car with. Your hotel may provide airport car services or have recommendations so please inquire when booking your room reservation. Transportation to and from all wedding day events and the three hotels will be provided on Saturday only.
