Our celebration will be formal attire. Suit and tie for men and long dresses or formal cocktail dresses for women are appropriate. Light and colorful attire is fine. Please keep in mind the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside.
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating. Don't be late!
No, our wedding will be an adults‑only celebration.
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation, and no additional guests can be accommodated.
The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, with the reception indoors. We will have a weather plan in place if needed.
We kindly request an unplugged ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Phones and cameras are welcome during the reception.

Yes. Complimentary on‑site parking is available for all guests. Valet may also be offered depending on the venue’s staffing that day.
Yes, transportation will be provided from the location of the room block. Location TBD depending on room block location.
We placed a room block hold at the (TBD). Newport offers a range of hotels, inns and AirBnb accommodations as well. We recommend booking early, as summer availability can be limited and costly the longer you wait.
