To reserve your room, a deposit of 50% of your total reservation is required at the time of booking. The deadline to book a room within our group block is Tuesday, November 18, 2025. Final payment for your room is due by Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Please note that the resort may cancel your reservation if payment is not received by this date. Booking After the Room Block Deadline If you’re unable to reserve your room by the November 18, 2025 deadline, don’t worry! You can still submit a reservation request through our wedding website link even after that date. Our travel team will continue honoring the contracted group rates for any reservations made through 5:00 PM CST on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, as long as rooms are still available. We highly recommend booking as early as possible to ensure your preferred room type is still open. You can fly into either Cancun International Airport (CUN) or Tulum International Airport (TQO).
There is a 3-night minimum stay required for this room block, but you’re welcome to arrive early or extend your stay. You’ll be able to choose your check-in and check-out dates when you complete the reservation form.
