We're Getting Married!

Keri and Alex met on a job site in Sun City, Arizona—where Keri was not impressed… although she will admit Alex was very nice to look at. She tried not to stare at his baby blue eyes, which he somehow always made pop with a perfectly timed blue shirt. For eight months, Alex asked Keri to grab a drink after work. For eight months, she said no. It wasn’t until one rough day on the job that Keri finally caved and invited him to happy hour—and he immediately said yes. A few days later, Alex invited her to his dad Brett and “Uncle” Craig’s birthday party on February 11, 2023, in Queen Creek. By Valentine’s Day, they made it official. Keri knew pretty quickly that Alex was the one. Alex, on the other hand, told Keri’s brother “I love you. say it back", before ever saying it to her—which came a few weeks later. After some well-placed pressure from Keri, Alex finally proposed on December 31, 2025, at his parents’ house in Queen Creek—right where it all began. While Keri was busy making prime rib for his family, Alex dropped to one knee with a Coleman cooler, a Busch Light, and the perfect ring. She said yes—and this time, she didn’t make him wait eight months.
