This is a gorgeous couple mile loop if you're up for some small rolling hills (paved). If you prefer more of a flat terrain, there is a loop at the bottom of the hill (by the fenced dog park) with a parking lot. There is also a playground on the upper part of the loop with parking. ~~~ Kayla & Jenny walked here almost daily during PT school. The first time Alex came to walk the loop with Kayla and Jenny he said, "we could get married here."
A nice quite gravel walk with view of the Narrows Bridge- you might spot a seal/whale on the horizon when wandering on gravel/shell like beach. There is also a playground at the adjacent park.
Here you will find Owen's Beach and the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium.
A beautiful paved path on the waterfront... near one of our favorite restaurants "Duke's"- fresh endless sourdough.
Alex loves there Award Winning Chowder; Kayla loves the fish tacos. Also, fresh sourdough...need we say more?
This is where we had our first unoffical date... Yummy Pho, and nearby there is a Happy Lemon if boba piques your interest like it did for us.
It is a nice easy walk with varying scenery in Silverdale. Alex and Kayla love to walk Jenny here (paved and unpaved path).
Also known as "little Norway," Poulsbo is a quaint town with a beautiful waterfront and lots of cute shops. We recommend: Juicy J's Smoked [all vegan] Burgers, Greenlight Diner, and Sluy's Bakery. If you want to stop by for a treat for your fur baby like we always do, pop into The NW dog. Poulsbo is also home to a fair number of breweries like Slippery Pig, Valholl Brewing, Rainy Daze, and more...
A single show theater in the heart of Proctor. Across the road is an icecream shop and not far is the Met Market (everyone raves about their Kitchen Sink Cookie...Alex does anyways). Proctor is a fun area to explore on foot.
