If you're flying into Key West directly, you can fly Delta. There will be a connecting flight in Atlanta.

If you choose to fly into Miami, there are multiple airlines that have direct flights from Louisville (SDF). You can rent a car and drive 3 1/2 hours down the All-American Highway to Key West.
