Question

What is the kid's meal option for our RSVP?

Answer

Our catering has allowed for a children's menu for the kiddos under age 10 to choose their meal from. They will be able to pick on the day of the wedding. There are a number of options including corn dog bites, chicken strips and mac 'n cheese.

What is the vegetarian/vegan option for our RSVP?

Answer

We have that option specifically for those who are vegetarian/vegan. Our catering is able to accommodate as needed. Let us know if you have more questions about that.

What's this about an after party?

Answer

We will have a couple of rental homes booked for the night of the wedding. They will serve as somewhere for us to move the party to after the venue closes at 10pm if anyone is still hanging out.

When are the RSVP's due?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP no later than December 27th so that we have the most accurate head count for our venue and our catering.

What's the parking situation?

Answer

The venue has their own parking lot, so no worries.

What is the attire?

Answer

We've put "cocktail attire" as our suggested wear for our guests purely for the sake of keeping everyone on the same page. Most of all, we want you to be comfortable. Please wear what you like and do not let it stress you out. We will be happy for your presence at all. (Just avoid sweats and denim.)

Ceremony and reception location?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 2:30pm at Pelican Brewing in the banquet hall and the reception will be in the same room. There will be no changes to seating or any "room flipping". No assigned seating either, just make yourselves comfortable!

Who can I bring with me?

Answer

Children are welcome and we have accounted for plus ones on your RSVP page. Please contact us with any concerns or questions.

Will we be outside?

Answer

The Oregon coast in February is not exactly known for having accommodating outdoor celebration weather. Our entire event will be taking place inside the venue.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We have chosen not to create any kind of traditional registry. We have been living together for quite some time and have accumulated more things than we really need. What we have done is set up a cash fund if anyone would like to contribute. It will help us with our wedding costs and our honeymoon funding. Please do not feel obligated to give us anything. Having you there to celebrate with us is far more than enough.

Can I take photos and post on social media?

Answer

Absolutely! We would love to have our big day documented in any way we can. In fact, we have made a wedding hashtag to make sharing easier! #zoomintozephir use it on Instagram or Facebook.
