Things To Do

Please see below for our favorite food spots/breweries! For hiking recs/activities, see FAQ's.

Mountain Dweller Coffee Roasters

182 Lusher Court, Frisco, CO 80443

Our favorite coffee shop. Inside Outer Range Brewery in Frisco

Sunshine Café

250 Summit Place, Silverthorne, CO 80498

Diner-style breakfast with great service

Mercado La Perla

1161 Blue River Parkway, Silverthorne, CO 80498

Extremely casual Mexican eatery inside a small market, highly recommend (for meat-eaters)

Phở Bay II

270 Summit Place, Silverthorne, CO 80498

Solid spot for Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup (Pho). Also has vegetarian options. Very casual.

Radicato Breckenridge

137 South Main Street, Breckenridge, CO 80424

Our favorite restaurant in Summit County. Modern Italian spot with amazing pasta. Chef Matt Vawter actually just won a James Beard award for "Best Mountain Chef."

Rootstalk Breckenridge

207 North Main Street, Breckenridge, CO 80424

Sister restaurant of Radicato. Also higher-end but very good.

Easier Hike - Mayflower Gulch Trail

Colorado 91, Frisco, CO 80443

An easier hike (but still a workout) slightly south of Copper Mountain, includes abandoned cabins and breathtaking mountain views.

Moderate Hike - Ptarmigan Trail

Silverthorne, CO 80498

A moderate hike which ends with a great view of the mountains in Summit County and Lake Dillon.

Challenging Hike - Buffalo Mountain

County Road 1260, Silverthorne, CO 80498

The most scenic hike in the area. Very long and extremely strenuous, but an amazing way to experience the wilderness in Summit County.

For all the days along the way
