As fate would have it, Alex and Katelynn were born a short 28 days apart to parents who are best friends. They found themselves in the same cradle, crying for pictures together on Alex's first week of life. While they maintained a cordial relationship growing up, Katelynn was always secretly waiting for Alex to break up with his girlfriend, and Alex was waiting for Katelynn to get out of her awkward boys-are-weird phase. That was the case anyways until they took an AP US history class together during high school. Alex (boldly) took the seat next to Katelynn. From then on the two did every extra-credit movie report they could together and always found a seat next to each other during their weekly Honor Society meetings. Things finally got official when Katelynn asked Alex to her senior prom. She had seen him cut a rug at the Sadie Hawkins dance before and wanted a fun prom date. The two have been inseparable since then. Over the past 7+ years they've taken trips around the world together, spent long nights studying for college assignments, cared for pets, and changed careers. Call it an arranged marriage, imprinting, or just sheer luck, but Alex and Katelynn cannot wait to celebrate their next step into marriage with you all!
