The tram will take you up to our ceremony/reception which requires a ticket. There is no other way to get to the wedding These are free of charge!
Between 3:30pm-4:00pm. Last tram will take off at 4:00PM You will then take a 8 minute tram ride to our ceremony/reception location.
It depends what you are looking for! The Village at Squaw Valley and Squaw Valley Lodge are the 2 best places to stay to be closest to the slopes, the wedding action and have the least amount of driving There are alot of Vacation Rental Homes in Squaw Valley aka Olympic Valley. They offer free transportation around Squaw Valley through an app called Mountaineer. Tahoe City and Truckee both offer limited hotel options and will be a 15/20 minute drive to and from Squaw, either way. Please contact us if you are having a hard time deciding
It is hard to say but there will definitely be snow on the ground! The day may be sunny & cool and the night will be cold. It would be just fine to bring boots for the ceremony and your dancing shoes for later!
YES and you will probably see Karl on the slopes until the moment he says I Do! Squaw Valley|Alpine Meadows will be staying open until July 7th Let us know if you want to make any turns! Snow Tubing is an option too
Squaw Valley is about 15 minutes from Lake Tahoe. Squaw's base is about 6,200' in elevation and the top is about 8,200'. Make sure you stay hydrated and wear sunscreen! April weather can be unpredictable but we are ready for anything! We will keep you updated if there are any potential storms moving in. You will soon realize why we love it here so much!
