What day should I plan to travel in and out of Virginia?

Please arrive on Friday for our Welcome dinner. You are free to leave anytime Sunday or are welcome to stay longer if you choose to do so.

Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at The Barn at Tiffin Farm

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Suits and gowns are preferred but not required. Men do not need to wear ties or jackets but are more than welcome to. Women are encouraged to wear gowns that are shin-length or longer. No jeans or flip flops.

What is the dress code for the Welcome Dinner?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, button ups, and slacks. No jeans or flip flops.

Is the Wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors while the reception will be indoors with the option of roaming outside for a breath of fresh air.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults only celebration.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

There will be transportation from the venue back to Charlottesville after the ceremony and reception but guests will be on their own for transportation to the venue for the ceremony

Will there be food and drink options for those who have dietary restrictions?

Yes. Please indicate any dietary needs when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. This is an unplugged ceremony. You are welcome to take photos before and after the ceremony.
