There is a free parking lot directly outside of the main entrance to the Mansion. It is a short walk with a few stairs to the entrance.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. However, due to the unpredictable nature of Colorado weather we are prepared to move the event indoors if needed. The reception will be hosted indoors and the mansion has several patios and verandas that will provide the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Colorado views.
The attire is black-tie optional. Dark suits with ties are preferred, and evening gowns or midi-length cocktail dresses are welcome. We encourage colors in rich blues, dark blacks, and other dark, muted tones.
The weather in Colorado can be difficult to predict. In March, average daily high temperatures typically range from 53°F to 60°F, with lows around 30°F. However, March is also known for bringing snowstorms to Colorado. We recommend regularly checking the forecast leading up to the wedding, and we will update this information with a more accurate estimate as the date approaches.
Please plan to arrive to the Mansion between 3:30 and 3:45pm in order to find your seats for a timely start. The doors for the Mansion will not open until 3:30pm. We will have light refreshments for you to enjoy while you are finding your seats.
We are at capacity for our wedding venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to seat those who have been listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
If you will be in town the evening before the wedding we would love to welcome you at a gathering at Breckenridge Brewery. We have reserved the Tasting Room, which is located across from the Farm House Restaurant. A selection of beer, cider, and soft drinks will be available for purchase at the bar, however food will not be available to order. The Farm House Restaurant will be accepting reservations if you would like to dine there before the event!
We’re excited to be taking our honeymoon a few weeks after the wedding in beautiful Bora Bora! We’re looking forward to some relaxation and adventure in paradise and feel so grateful for the opportunity to celebrate this special time together. For those who have asked, we’ve included a honeymoon fund in our registry with options to contribute to experiences and activities during our trip. Your love and support mean the world to us, and we truly appreciate any gifts, but most of all, we’re just grateful to celebrate with you!
Shortly after the wedding Alex and Jenna will be packing up Jenna's home in Colorado Springs so that she can join him at Edwards AFB in California.
If you have additional questions, we are more than happy to answer them! Please text Jenna at 719-200-5562 or email the couple at hutchesonwedding22@gmail.com with questions.
