Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle stopping at Hotel 175 and White Eagle Conference Center, before and after the wedding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Just list your food allergies on the RSVP, and we will be sure to accommodate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4 PM, so we suggest guests arrive 20-30 minutes before then.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, cocktail/ dressy-casual. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love you to RSVP as soon as you can, but we kindly request all RSVP's be sent in before June 3rd.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes - there is plenty of onsite parking. The venue is also wheel chair accessible.

We are registered here on Zola, which you can access from our registry tab.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes we have two additional events we would love for you to attend! There will be a welcome party Friday night and and farewell brunch on Sunday, both can be found on our "schedule" tab.
