For those who prefer not to hike, this is a wonderful scenic waterfall that is easily accessible without the "hike".

Upper Whitewater Falls Trail Access

At 411 feet, Whitewater has the distinction of being the tallest waterfall east of the Rocky Mountains. It’s also highly accessible. From the parking lot (fee), a paved pathway takes you to the first viewing stand.

Dupont state park

Located just 8 miles from Connestee, this state park has some of the best waterfalls and hiking in the area.

Rainbow Falls Hike

An easy in and out hike... with a few stairs towards the end leading up to the large beautiful waterfall. It took us about 45 minutes each way (stopping to take photos along the way).
