When Should I RSVP?

Answer

As we are organising multiple events for our wedding celebrations, we ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can confirm with our vendors. The latest deadline for RSVPs is the 15th October 2025. If you have not RSVP’d by this date we will unfortunately have to count you as ‘not attending’. Please refer to our RSVP page where you can RSVP to each event.

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Are kids invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to have our welcome drinks and wedding day as adult only events. If you need help with child care please let us know and we are happy to assist organising. Thank you for your understanding.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held on site at Campbell Point House. We are planning an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour (weather depending) and an indoor reception.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

For those planning to drive, there is plenty of onsite parking. For all others, unfortunately there are no taxis or ubers allowed at the venue. We will have buses to pick guests up before the ceremony and drop guests off at the end of the night. Pick up and drop off location for buses: Little Ryrie Street Cark Park Geelong, VIC 3.00pm Please let us know if you require transport so that we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park, sign the guest book and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of the cocktail hour to enter.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for the big day! The wedding day dress code is black tie formal. Ladies, think full length or tea gowns and men think James Bond; black suits or tuxedos. Can I take photos?

Answer

We will have photographers throughout the entire wedding and we are asking for an unplugged ceremony. Feel free to take all the pictures you would like during cocktail hour, our reception and into the evening.

Is there a wishing well or registry?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to give a gift, there will be a wishing well at the entrance to the wedding and reception dinner.

Is there accomodation close to the venue?

Answer

If looking to stay locally, Geelong has plenty of accomodation options. We will be organising shuttles to take you to and from the venue. We recommend you book any accomodation as soon as possible as spaces may be limited. For more information on accommodation options, visit our travel & accomodation page.

What if I can’t attend all events?

Answer

We would love to have you at all of our wedding events. However, we understand that life is busy and this may not be possible. There will be separate RSVPs to each of the events on our RSVP page. If, for some reason, your rsvp answer changes, please be sure to let us know asap so that we can plan accordingly.

What if I have dietary requirements?

Answer

You will be able to add in any food allergies or dietary requirements when you RSVP. Please be sure to let us know of any dietary requirements asap so that we can work with the venue to ensure any restrictions are catered for.
