What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to arrive by 4:45 PM. Be mindful of traffic on a Friday and possible delays. Ceremony begins at 5:00 PM.

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

No, we have limited space and reserved seating. Plus ones are by invitation only. The name(s) of our invited guest(s) will appear when you try to RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

While we adore your children, we kindly ask that you make this a date night and celebrate with us!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let the servers know at the reception. Plates are made to order on the day of the wedding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Crystal Springs Resort accommodates guests with free parking at all of the resort properties. There is open self-parking in front of the venue at Minerals Hotel. Try to arrive early so you have enough time to find parking before the ceremony. The parking area is being used by other hotel guests so we recommend saving your spot early.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There are no shuttles. The ceremony and reception will both take place in Minerals Hotel.

When should I book my hotel stay?

Answer

We highly advise to reserve your hotel room far before the limited number of blocked rooms re-open in June. There is a chance that the general inventory of the hotel sells out if you don't book in advance between now and then. You are welcome to look at other alternative places to stay in closeby. If you plan to stay at Crystal Springs Resort, we encourage staying at Minerals Hotel (where both ceremony and reception are held).
