A story that began long longggg ago. Before Hunter & Alex were even born, Christ chose them and knew that they would be His and join in union one day together. Both Hunter and Alex went to Penn State and briefly met each other at a church event. But it wasn’t until Alex was involved in a women’s Bible study in Hershey, PA with Hunter’s sister that their love story realllllly took off. At Hunter’s sister’s wedding in October of 2024, Hunter caught glimpse of Alex and that was it. He was STARSTRUCK. So he casually kept a close eye on her the whole night, purposefully leaving his jacket with her so she would HAVE to return it to him. As the dancing portion of the evening took off Hunter performed at ultimate heights to get her attention. Hunter wouldn’t leave her side as they danced the night away together. Alex, being appropriately cautious of his attention, asked her friends if they were noticing Hunter being so attentive to her. They agreed that he was making moves. As the night came to a close, Alex realized she still had Hunter’s jacket but decided to give it to the DJ so he could give it back to Hunter and left without saying goodbye… LOL she didn’t get the hint. After the wedding, Hunter insisted that he get Alex’s number and pursued Alex, despite her hesitation and questions at first. A sweet 11 months of dating until Hunter got on one knee and popped the question, and she said YES!!! We see this story as 2 sweet people meeting and falling in love, yet as mentioned before their story began when they both started to follow Jesus and His plan for their lives. Because of Christ’s salvation, they get to know full life in Jesus AND walk step by step together pursing Him forever.
