Question
How do I RSVP?
Answer
Guests can RSVP by clicking the "RSVP" tab above. At that time, you will be asked who will be attending the wedding. If you initially RSVP that you will be attending but plans later change, please reach out to notify Hope or Alex as early as possible. If you have any issues with RSVP'ing, please reach out to friends or family for assistance, or please reach out to the couple with any questions.

When do I need to RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than August 10th to ensure adequate notice to finalize arrangements. Those who do not RSVP by that date will automatically be marked as "regretfully unable to attend". As previously stated, if your RSVP changes after it is submitted, please notify the couple as early as possible.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
We have hand-selected all guests to attend this celebration, and each person invited to the event will be listed on the invitation, or the number of guests per group will be listed in the RSVP section. Due to venue size and vendor coordination, plus-ones cannot be accommodated unless explicitly stated in the invite. Any guest who's invite states "(Full Name) & Guest", or if when RSVP'ing there is "guest' listed in your party, there is a plus-one already accounted for. If you believe/notice someone in the family has not been included, please feel free to reach out and we are happy to clarify or rectify the situation. Thank you for your understanding with our limited guest capacity.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive no later 3:40pm to allow for signing the guest book, seating, and preparing your tissues for tears of joy. Please also take note of traffic and travel time to ensure you don't miss any part of the celebration. We look forward to seeing you there.

Is parking available?
Answer
80 parking spots are available directly outside the venue. If these spots are filled when you arrive, there is street parking available a short walk away. Cars may remain overnight (thank you for staying safe) but must be retrieved prior to noon the following day.

What should I wear?
Answer
We ask all guests to wear semi-formal attire. We want you to both look your best and feel your best! How often do you get to dust off that special dress or wear that suit jacket that makes you look sharp? We ask that you exclude colors such as white, light pink dusty mauve, and dark green as those colors are reserved for the wedding party. (Please note that crocs WILL be considered proper dance-floor attire if your ceremony shoes hinder your movin'-n'-groovin')

Can I take pictures?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will be "unplugged". We ask that you sit back and enjoy the ceremony while we allow our photographer to do the hard work of capturing the special moment. Pictures during the dinner and reception is highly encouraged.

Will the ceremony be indoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be held indoors at the RiverHaven Events Center with a short outdoor cocktail hour on the patio prior to dinner and dancing. All walking ground will be paved unless guests take a stroll to the nearby park or down to the river. There is an elevator on site to help with moving between floors in addition to stairs at the main entrance and and patio door.

Any smoking or outside alcohol?
Answer
No outside alcohol is allowed to be brought into the venue. No alcohol from the venue may be brought outside of the patio area. Security onsite will ensure drinks will remain safe when left inside. Any noncompliance will result in a fee to the couple which will be directed to those unable to follow guidance. There is a bar onsite to purchase alcohol and any other drinks. The venue does allow smoking in the parking lot as well as on any city sidewalks. Thank you for helping keep our venue safe!
