This is our favorite hidden restaurant- cash only- owned and run by Alex's 80 something year old grandma's sister, Margarita. Put it in your google maps or waze "Soda Margarita, Esterillos Oeste" and it should take you there! If you get lost, ask someone nearby as you get close to the location :)
Cafe Bohio
Our favorite coffee shop! Local, small batch, the coconut milk is homemade! The bohío style cold brew is also insane <3 The Hermosa Location > the Jaco Location

This is a Monkey Mangrove Tour 45 minutes south from Jaco, on the way to Quepos- a great add-on if you are going to Manuel Antonio to see the animals, or super fun as a day trip! For the whole family, kids too!
Manuel Antonio National Park
Beautiful beaches, wildlife, a way to see every animal! Required to enter with a guide, reserve ahead of time. A morning activity because the park closes at 3 pm. about 1.5 hours south of Jaco.
