We’ve chosen to have our after-party in a REAL barn instead of a traditional venue because it feels more authentic to who we are as a couple. You'll park in a field and walk up a gravel road to get to the barn. We both love the idea of celebrating in a space that reflects our values—something down-to-earth, natural, full of character, and representative of our love for the outdoors. We’ve always enjoyed spending time in nature. Our wedding is meant to feel more like a fun party celebrating our love, rather than a formal event, and we’re so excited to have you there with us 🤍 For those who may have trouble walking, don’t worry—you can be dropped off right at the barn entrance.
We’re keeping things casual and comfortable for our special day. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in a laid-back, fun atmosphere! For the gentlemen: We suggest wearing khakis, slacks, or jeans paired with a button-down shirt. Casual shoes or boots are perfect—please feel free to dress comfortably. No need for a suit or tie! For the ladies: We want you to feel comfortable and stylish! We suggest wearing a sundress, skirt, or pants (dressy or jean) paired with flats, sandals, ankle booties, or cowgirl boots—whatever makes you feel great! Please refrain from wearing high heels, as we want everyone to be comfortable and ready to enjoy the day.
We’re excited to share a delicious, country-inspired buffet with you at our reception! We’ve chosen a variety of comfort foods and hearty dishes that reflect our love for rustic, down-home flavors. From savory meats to fresh sides, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
An open bar will be available all night. Our bartender will be serving signature cocktails, and beer and wine will be available for you to help yourself to throughout the barn. While we encourage you to have fun, we kindly ask that you pace yourselves and drink responsibly. In addition, we’re thrilled to share something extra special— the wine at the party will be homemade wine from Alex's parents, made with love just for this occasion.
We want our closest friends and family to fully enjoy the day without any distractions. As we are so close with everyone invited, it felt difficult to make exceptions for some guests' children and not others. Therefore, we’ve decided to celebrate this special day as an adults-only event.
To keep the celebration intimate and special, we’ve invited only those specifically listed on the invitation.
