What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins promptly at 2:15pm and doors open at 1:45pm. We recommend you arrive by 2:00pm.

Is there parking at the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! There is a parking lot, however the chapel is 250 feet down a pathway from the parking lot.

Where should I park for the reception?
Answer
If you are staying at the Basin Park Hotel, park in the large parking lot located at 101 North Main St, a couple blocks from the hotel, where a complimentary shuttle service will take you to the hotel. If you are staying in a hotel walking distance from the reception, we recommend parking at your hotel and walking (you are welcome to change into your party clothes during this time!). Otherwise, there are parking lots down Main St and Spring St that you may park in for a fee.

What is the wedding day itinerary?

1:45: Ceremony doors open 2:15: Ceremony promptly begins 3:00: Cocktail hour at the reception begins 5:00: Dinner 8:00: Reception ends. If you are feeling up to it, we will continue the party at the nearby bars in downtown Eureka.

What type of food will be served at the reception?
Answer
We will be serving appetizers at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down Italian buffet dinner. We recommend a light lunch since dinner will be at 5:00.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit. You may wear any color (except white) but if you are looking for inspiration we recommend green, black, or gold.

Due to the limited space at our venues, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the RSVP. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Do you have a wedding registry?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, if you feel inclined to give us a wedding gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon or future home would help get our newlywed life off to a great start. You can find our registry on the registry tab of our website. A wedding card box will also be at our reception.

We will be serving beer and wine, as well as each guest will receive two tickets for specialty cocktails or mocktails.
