Shuttle

There will be two shuttles picking up guests at the hotel and bringing them to the wedding venue. The first shuttle leaves at 3:45 pm. PLEASE try to make it on the first shuttle, as the second is a lot smaller and is only for those running late. The second shuttle will leave the hotel at exactly 3:55- do not be late!! Or you will have to arrange your own transportation to the venue from the hotel. At the end of the evening the shuttles will transport guests back to the hotel
Hotel
For our out of town guests, or anyone who wants the stay the night, we recommend The Roslyn, Tapestry collection by Hilton, as this is where the shuttle to/from the wedding will be picking up/dropping off. It is a 10 minute drive from the hotel to the wedding venue. This is also where the welcome drinks on 4/25 and after party on 4/26 will be held. Our room block is now closed and if you would like to book the hotel you can do so through the website with a regular rate.
Flight
If flying in to the New York area, Laguardia airport is the closest to the hotel/venue, and our personal favorite airport as it is organized well and has lots of great amenities
Train
If traveling from New York City, the Long Island Rail Road is a great option! There are two nearby stops: 1. Roslyn - This train station is about 1 mile, or a 5 minute drive, from the Hilton hotel listed above. 2. Greenvale - This train station is about 1.7 miles, or a 5 minute drive, from the wedding venue itself. If traveling day of the wedding (4/26/26), this could be a good choice! 3. Mineola - Late night train options for after the wedding/after party at the hotel are best from this station.
