Question
What should I wear?
Answer
Something formal! We love an excuse to dress up. That gorg dress or snazzy suit you have with "no place" to wear it? This is the place. The Internet says a formal wedding dress code implies dark colors, but please do not be afraid to wear the colors. Bridesmaids will be wearing rust/terracotta. Denim is not allowed at the Country Club. A complimentary coat check will also be available, should the weather call for it.

What's the parking situation?
Answer
We will have complimentary valet parking available at the Country Club. If you need to Uber home, cars are allowed to be left in the parking lot overnight, but all keys must be picked up from the valet before the end of the night. CRCC will be closed Sunday and Monday. Parking at either of the hotels we have blocks at is also complimentary. If you choose to stay elsewhere, please inquire with the hotel directly.

Will any of the event be outdoors?
Answer
Because it will be November in Iowa, everything will likely take place indoors. However, if our wedding weekend ends up being unseasonably nice, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. We will make the final call by Thursday evening (11/5) during our rehearsal and we will update the home page of the website.

Are children allowed?
Answer
Our wedding will not be a child friendly event.

Is it okay to take pictures?
Answer
While the ceremony will be phone free (our photographer will do a phenomenal job!), you can snap away as soon as cocktail hour hits.

Will either of you be changing your name?
Answer
While we gave considerable thought to Lubbiano, we will each be keeping our given names.

Is there anything else I should know?
Answer
There will be Greek dancing at the reception!
