Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

For our U.S. guests booking travel: Karen will assist with room reservations, travel insurance, and transportation to the resort. For our international guests: Karen can assist with room reservations and transportation to the resort. Due to Destination Weddings’ booking guidelines, flights and travel insurance for guests traveling from outside the United States must be booked independently. If you have a question that isn’t answered here, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help!

Question

Are payment plans available?

Answer

Yes! Monthly invoices are sent to guests. Guests may also apply for Affirm Financing, which is available directly through the invoice.

Question

Do I need trip insurance?

Answer

Trip insurance is strongly recommended in case of unexpected circumstances.

Question

Are children welcome at the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Although TRS Coral is adults-only, children are absolutely welcome to attend all wedding events on November 13, 2027. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone!

Question

What’s the difference between TRS Coral and Grand Palladium Select?

Answer

Note to guests that if you choose rooms to stay at Grand Palladium, you will not have access to TRS Coral. Because of this, we kindly ask guests to book one of the following: • TRS Coral (Adults Only) • Grand Palladium Family Select — recommended for families traveling with children. Children are welcome at all wedding events, and our wedding team will help guide families to and from event spaces as needed. We know this is a unique setup, and we appreciate your understanding. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the resort?

Answer

Yes! Airport transportation can be coordinated through Destination Weddings, and shared transfers are included with your room reservation. Private transportation and car seats are also available upon request. All wedding events will take place on the resort property, so no additional transportation will be needed once you arrive. Once you're here, getting around the resort is easy! Complimentary staff-driven golf carts and boats are available throughout the property to help guests travel between different areas and the beach.

Question

Can I stay at a different resort?

Answer

Guests are welcome to stay at another resort if they prefer. However, guests who do not reserve their room through our group contract with Destination Weddings may incur additional fees from the resort and will need to purchase a wedding day pass to attend events. Booking within our group block includes: • Exclusive group rates and perks • Full access to all wedding events and resort amenities • The convenience of being right in the heart of the celebration all weekend Please note: A 3-night minimum stay is required when booking within our group block.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Beach Formal Attire. Please, no shorts or white. The ceremony will take place on the beach, and shoes are optional.

Question

Do we need reservations for restaurants at the resort?

Answer

The resort offers a mix of restaurants, some of which require reservations. We recommend making reservations for dinners earlier in your stay if there are specific restaurants you’d like to try. If you’re traveling with a larger group, it can be especially helpful to reserve earlier in your trip. Guests staying in the TRS section can usually arrange reservations through their butler/concierge, and the resort also provides options through their app and guest services. The buffet and several casual dining spots do not require reservations and are great options as well. Some evening restaurants may have a smart-casual dress code (for example, long pants and closed-toe shoes for men), so packing a few dinner outfits is recommended.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please note any allergies in the comments section when making your reservation. We also recommend letting the waitstaff know when dining at the resort so everything can be prepared safely.
